Last Sunday, I got the chance to watch a new game show on Channel 7 entitled “Manny Many Prizes”. This was hosted by none other than the #1 pound-for-pound best boxer in the world, Manny “Pacman” Pacquio. And aside from boxing he’s also into Politics as Congressman representing the province of Saranggani, acting, music recording and now hosting.
Manny is now getting popularity on other things, no wonder his mother might win in convincing him to to stop already on playing boxing. With his other talents, I’m sure he could have other career after boxing.
The opening number reminds me much of Willie Revillame, host of a very popular show known to give large prizes for the contestants. Like Willie, I think he already captured the hearts of many through his Charisma on singing and probably on dealing w/ people (since he is a Politician). Finally, the rival network found somebody that can compete with Willie. For years now, I haven’t seen a TV personality that could match that of Willie. I don’t know much of their financial standing, but I know that they are both wealthy man capable of giving tons of money to all those in need. I don’t care about their hard competition, because at the end I know the people patronizing their shows are those who would benefit the most.
